8 eggs hard cooked
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon grated onion or instant minced onion
ยกรท2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
small can deviled ham optional
SAUCE:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup beef bouillon
4 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup grated cheese
Make deviled eggs with first 5 (or 6) ingredients. Place in baking dish and set aside.
SAUCE:
In a saucepan cook butter, bouillon and milk until slightly thickened. Add cheese and stir till melted.
Pour sauce over eggs.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
